The 37th recipe I’ve made for this group is Teriyaki Pork and can be found in the Whole30 Slow Cooker cookbook on page 108.
Ingredients: pineapple, coconut aminos, garlic, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, pork tenderloin, black pepper, and green onions.
For whatever reason, these pork tenderloins seem to be found at a good price here lately, so cooking one this week seemed like a fine idea, we can get three meals out of one so that’s always a plus as well. All the other ingredients for this I normally have on hand, so putting it together in the slow cooker was not at all time consuming. It cooked 2 hours on high. Although they served it with cauliflower rice, we used Food Freedom and had regular rice with it. Mark is not usually a fan of Asian flavorings, but he did enjoy this as the pineapple dominates and he loves pineapple. This could be a repeat anytime as it is fast, easy, and delicious.
As usual here on this blog, I do not publish recipes that belong to others, respecting their rights as authors. Many times the recipe creators are generous and publish them online, or you can buy the book I that I have cited and have all the recipes at hand.
