The 12th recipe I’ve made for this group is Whole30 Pork Chops (with Apples) and can be found at the Finished with Salt blog, for link click here.
Ingredients: avocado oil, boneless pork chops, salt, pepper, apples, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
Margaret and I decided to make some W30 pork chops and picked two different recipes. Margaret’s post (click here) uses the same kind of pork chops and sweet potatoes but in different preparations. The recipe I used was simple and quick with ingredients here on hand. Not being the best at getting pork chops done correctly on the stovetop, I was happy to have a recipe that was so specific, ending up with juicy pork chops inside and crunchy crispy pork chops on the outside, exactly how we like them. I served them with some of the Cauliflower-Sweet Potato Mash that I made earlier in the week, and rounded the meal out with some asparagus. Everything was wonderful and definitely a repeat for us, I will keep this stovetop pork chop method at hand for the future, easy and delicious.
As usual here on this blog, I do not publish recipes that belong to others, respecting their rights as authors. Many times the recipe creators are generous and publish them online, or you can buy the book I that I have cited and have all the recipes at hand.
