Ingredients: sweet potatoes, cauliflower, garlic, ghee, salt, and black pepper.
Sweet potato recipes are always an appreciated find as we both like them, they seem to satisfy more (with consumption of just a moderate portion) than a regular potato, but you need to offset the sweetness a bit at times with certain recipes and certain kinds of sweet potatoes. This was not one of those times as the recipe accounted for that with the seasonings. It is very easy, not at all time-consuming, and tastes delicious. It would be wonderful anytime you would like a side dish that called for potatoes. Worthy of repeat status.
