My fifteenth recipe with Wednesday with Donna Hay was Lemon and Dill Smoked Salmon Pasta (Click on the recipe for link to it.)
I am going to be truthful here, this is Mark's plate as I am not a big fan of smoked salmon (very salty), so I just made it for him as he does like it (salt is one of his favorite food groups, witness his love affair with anything potato chip).
The recipe is easy and goes together quickly, the longest part being the time it takes to boil the pasta. He enjoyed it very much. This serving (supposedly for one) was enough for dinner with some left to take for lunch tomorrow.
