Thanks, Lauryn, these muffins were so very very good! What's not to love about orange, lemon, currants, butter, eggs, sugar, etc.? The citrus flavors really came through and they smell delicious while baking and while eating them.
These are going in the regular rotation around here and I am making them exactly as Dorie wrote the recipe, it's wonderful just as it is. Yes, they are that good.
