This week's recipe is certainly easy, all you have to do is boil the fettucine, and make the red pepper feta sauce with jarred red peppers, chicken broth, olive oil, onion, garlic, feta, a little salt & pepper.
When the pasta is ready, toss the pasta in it, top it with some crumbled feta and parsley. It's that simple.
The taste is light and refreshing and the feta really shines, so splurge on a good feta for this. Definitely a repeat, it was delicious.
