the recipe posted on her site here. Thanks, Natalie for a great pick,
we loved the bread, especially toasted for breakfast.
The
ingredient list for this bread contained eggs. applesauce, oil,
buttermilk, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, salt, nutmeg,
cloves, diced fried figs, and oats...one very dense loaf of bread, full
of flavor. The best part was the crunchy topping, made of brown sugar,
pecans, and cinnamon.
The recipe could not have been easier, it baked
for the time indicated, and it didn't last long around here. Definitely
a repeat.
