we all loved these cookies, twice.
The cookies are filled with all the
usual cookie ingredients and some extras, like shredded carrots,
raisins, coconut, and toasted pecans (left the pecans out one time,
included them the next, and there were no complaints, so much for not
like nuts IN things around here).
The first time I dressed them up with
some cream cheese frosting and the second time I left the frosting
off. Delicious either way. Definitely a repeat.
