I
was eager to try this recipe as those of us in BBA had made a raisin
bread for that group and it is always fun to make another recipe and
see how it compares. This one compared nicely...I enjoyed making the
dough and following the process of adding the cinnamon and raisin
swirl.
We really liked the orange flavor in this recipe. I liked the
raisins only in the swirl, but the guys prefer to have raisins spread
throughout the dough so the bread has raisins in every bite. It was
great toasted and I would make this again as I loved the orange flavor
in it. Did I mention that I loved the orange flavor in it??? Thanks,
Susan, what a great choice for the week. Definitely a
repeat.
