The recipe chosen this week for CEiMB, using Ellie Krieger's book The Food You Crave, was selected by Alison from Veggies and Valentino and is Miso Glazed Cod, found on pages 230-231.
We enjoyed this recipe very much, The ingredient list is not long: cod, white miso, dark brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, and mirin. The technique is simple: brush the marinade on the cod an hour before cooking, broil 3-4 minutes and then cook at 350 degrees for another 7 minutes. The taste is just wonderfully fresh and delicious. Definitely another keeper.
