The recipe for this is very easy, just make a sweet tart pastry shell from Dorie's recipe on page 444, fill it with a mixture made of two kinds of chocolate, cream, butter, sugar, pour it over some raspberries, cook, cool, and eat, with, at our house, lots of whipped cream because the guys are all about the whipped cream around here.
It received favorable reviews, but did not disappear as quickly as some of the other desserts, so I am thinking that making minis from this next time would be a great option, or having it at a dinner party.
