I was really looking forward to making this chicken salad recipe and having the taste of curry in it as well as having it be a more calorie friendly version. It did not disappoint. I won't list the ingredients, etc., because if you are that interested you can click on the website and have a look for yourself.
Make it: it's easy, it's wonderfully fresh tasting, and the portions are large, we were able to make it go twice as far as it said as one cup size portions were huge, the half-cup size much more manageable at lunch. I ate it with the lettuce and it was perfect, the guys opted for it in sandwiches and felt it was perfect that way as well. Another keeper, it was a big hit here.
