I am certain the LCBatH recipe is probably the best sponge cake in the world. That said, however, I am desserted-out as far as making so many desserts. My idea of dessert is usually to have two bites and pass it over for someone else to finish as I am not a lover of desserts generally. I will make this cake at some point, but this week's schedule had had four desserts in my blog-alongs and I decided to forego making all but the TWD one this week.
