Absolutely delicious, especially the tangy sauce. The ingredient list for the sauce is rather lengthy, but each ingredient brought something to the party...I wouldn't change a thing.
I made Anadama buns to go with it for the guys as they love those with their molasses flavoring and I knew it would be a good combination with the pulled chicken, so they had those. I opted for a whole wheat tortilla as I had some left from last week's chicken salad entry, and it was really good in that also. Note: One whole one of these pulled pork wraps is way too much...I ate half and then wrapped the other half and warmed it up the next day for lunch. It was very filling.
Everyone loved this recipe, so it will be a repeat and next time when I need something quick when everyone is on the run, I will put it in the crockpot on low for a few hours so it will be ready for those nights when everyone "scoops and scrams."
