CEiMB: Stuffed Turkey Burgers (One Sentence Blogging Week)

   This week's cooking for the CEiMB blog along, which uses recipes from Ellie Krieger's cookbook, The Food You Crave:  Luscious Recipes for a Healthy Life was chosen by Peggy from Pantry Revisited and is Stuffed Turkey Burgers on page 218 if you would like to make these moist and delicious burgers at your house, and yes, you do, as they are very good with 97% lean ground turkey, surrounding a delightful surprise in the middle of diced roasted red pepper and shredded mozzarella, grilled 7 minutes on one side and 7 on the other, nestled in a whole wheat bun, and needing only perhaps a little mayonnaise and pickle (according to Mark) to top it all off for a most tasty and delicious dinner, and if that isn't enough, then join us next week for the Grilled Thai Beef Salad, on page 107.
