Photo is of a few of the daffodils blooming in our front flower beds. They are just beautiful this week.
READING: Knitting books...just trying to get a feel for what is out there these days. It is very different from when I was watching my grandmothers as they were knitting throws, scarves, mittens, slippers, sweaters, etc. There is a much greater variety, and much of it is more modern in style!
LISTENING TO: Classical music mostly this week...it's nice when one is just sitting and knitting. (Can you believe the "sitting and knitting bit?" Me either.)
FAV NEW FIND: Point Protectors for knitting needles...keeps all the stitches from falling off when you put your work aside and are not using them. A big plus. (Actually, many new finds this week as the whole knitting bit is a "new find.")
FAV THING TODAY: Spring Break!
SCRAPBOOK PAGES THIS WEEK; None, see above. (Please note: as I am just learning the knitting bit, it seems a bit consuming time/effort/energy/interest-wise here at the beginning...it will balance out soon, I promise.)

GOING TO: Continue enjoying just moving where the wind blows us this week for Spring Break. No real plan...we just get up each morning and say, "Let's do this...." No golf today as it has started raining and promises to keep it up. Bowling...I think we are headed to the bowling alley when we round up some fellow bowlers...yep, that's where we are going...catch you later!
PRAYING FOR: Families struggling with the loss of jobs and the fervent search for new employment, please join me.
