Tonight Mark and I attended the first music concert at Guerin for the year...sort of a little sampling of what the students have put together so far for the past two months. We got to hear the band, the orchestra, the guitar ensemble, the choir, and the new dance company did a number from Hairspray for us. It was all just delightful. Matt sings in the choir and is pictured here in his choir robe...although it is a purple robe and for some reason a lot of these purple things come out blue in photos. 
Why is that?
Matt's friend, Colin, plays cello in the orchestra and he is pictured here with his mother, Aimee (this photo is for you, Dianna, as you read this crazy blog out there in KC, MO...I knew you would enjoy seeing what these two were up to tonight). Can't wait for the Christmas concerts as it will be fun to watch the progression of talent between now and then. Oh, I just love this kind of stuff!
