Matt's typical 5-6 a.m. breakfast!
I think I might have stumbled upon why the swimmers look like they do and why the football players and wrestlers have a slightly different physique. Swimmers eat things like this for breakfast...portable food, I will grant you as it is usually eaten "meals on wheels" style on the way to the pool...a banana, a carton of yogurt, a whole wheat oatmeal/raisin cookie or muffin, and a bottle of water. (Then they swim for two or three hours.) I have noticed that the football players and wrestlers are exiting their cars at 6:00 a.m. with things like bags of doughnuts and Cokes (Cokes at 6:00 a.m. can you even imagine such a thing?). Therein, possibly, might be at least part of the difference. I thought Matt was going to have a heart attack when he saw some of them going to "conditioning and training" drinking Cokes!
