The ingredient list for these cookies included espresso,
water, butter, confectioner's sugar, vanilla, flour, and chocolate. It
got all mixed together, plopped into a Ziploc bag, rolled to make a flat
rectangle 9x10.5, parked in the frig for a bit, and cut into squares
before baking. Easy, fairly fast, and apparently a repeat by request.
