My 109th recipe with the Wednesday with Donna Hay group is Blueberry and Yogurt Loaf, was chosen for the group by Chaya, and is found online here. (This is a Catch-Up Week at WWDH and I have quite a few recipes that I have missed posting along the way, so I am using Catch-Up Weeks to post recipes I made but didn't have time to post at the proper time. This recipe was posted by the group on January 8, 2014.)
The ingredient list: butter, sugar, eggs, yogurt, lemon zest, vanilla, self-rising flour, blueberries, and confectioner's sugar.
If you love blueberries, this is your recipe. We love blueberries and this had lots of them in a nice light cake batter. Mark likes muffins for breakfast these days and this loaf was easy to slice in "to go" pieces so that he could grab a slice in a napkin for breakfast and be out the door and on the go. Definitely a repeat, it had wonderful flavor and texture.
