I am hoping to be back posting regularly with this group as we truly like the simplicity and results of Donna Hay's recipes...they are always fresh and delicious. Gaye chose the recipe this week and then shared with me that she noticed she had chosen it earlier in the group's selections. Margaret and Chaya had not been cooking with us at that time, so the recipe stayed as the choice this week as it was such a great recipe.
