Last week I made these Herb and Onion Rolls with Margaret. (The recipe for these is available if you click here
as it is a KAF recipe on their site.)
Ingredient list: flour, salt, sugar, instant yeast, dried onion, herbs de Provence, olive oil, and potato water (or potato flakes).
I made half of the recipe as I just
wanted 6 medium-sized rolls to use as sandwich buns for Mark's lunches.
(Margaret made the cloverleaf shape with her dough and I plan to do
that the next time as well.) The dough was lovely and easy to work
with. It all couldn't have gone better and the rolls were full of herb
and onion flavor, just as advertised.
Mark enjoyed them as sandwich
buns and after sampling one, I can tell this dough is going to make very
nice cloverleaf dinner rolls. Definitely a repeat. I think Margaret is posting hers today as well.
