This week for CEiMB, I made Angel Food Cake with Mango Sauce (on page 230) from Ellie Krieger's book, So Easy. (You can also find the recipe here online.)
The ingredient list: mango, fresh lime juice, sugar, Cointreau or other orange liqueur (optional), and angel food cake.
The recipe is fast and easy, especially if you want to buy an angel food cake rather than bake one. I love fruit desserts like this...and the combination of lime and mango is just sparkly and delicious, sweet and sour all in one, very refreshing. Definitely a repeat.
