Mark always loves TWD brownie weeks...apparently we have had a lot of good brownies from this book and these were no exception, he loved them. The ginger brought a nice little kick to the flavor and he declared them, "Excellent!" I guess we will be adding these to the "make again" category, that list from this book is very long!
One note: To get the brownies to this degree of doneness, I needed to bake them for 15 extra minutes. Mark likes them at this chewy-fudgy stage.
