CEiMB: Fettucine with Creamy Red Pepper Feta Sauce

      The recipe chosen this week for CEiMB, using Ellie Krieger's recipes online at FN Tv, was Fettucine with Creamy Red Pepper Feta Sauce chosen by Jess of Learning to Love Vegetables.  You can find the recipe here. Thanks, Jess, this was a very good choice for this pasta-loving family.

      This week's recipe is certainly easy, all you have to do is boil the fettucine, and make the red pepper feta sauce with jarred red peppers, chicken broth, olive oil, onion, garlic, feta, a little salt & pepper. 

      When the pasta is ready, toss the pasta in it, top it with some crumbled feta and parsley.  It's that simple. 

      The taste is light and refreshing and the feta really shines, so splurge on a good feta for this.  Definitely a repeat, it was delicious.
