The third week theme for I Heart Cooking Clubs, featuring chef Giada De Laurentiis, was Potluck, so I chose Giada's Tuscan White Bean and Garlic Soup recipe from Giada's Kitchen cookbook, page 46. You can also find the recipe here.
It is the beginning of soup weather around here and soup potlucks are my favorite! Soups, salads, crusty bread and rolls, be still my heart.
Ingredient list: cannellini beans, garlic, butter, olive oil, shallots, sage leaves, chicken broth, cream salt, and pepper. It went together quickly and was delicious. I will definitely be making this one again.
