The recipe chosen this week for CEiMB, using Ellie Krieger's book, The Food You Crave, was selected by Liz at My Table, Their Table and is Energy Bars. It can be found on page 39 and also here.
The ingredient list for these is longer than most of Ellie's recipes: oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, whole wheat flour, dried apricots, almonds, raisins, dried dates, nonfat dry milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, and eggs. I made them exactly as she said and they turned out delicious.
Easy, delicious, and healthy, definitely a repeat.
