Thanks to Donna of Life's Too Short Not to Eat Dessert First for her Tuesdays with Dorie pick of Espresso Chocolate Shortbread Cookies, found on page 125 of Dorie Greenspan's Baking from My Home to Yours cookbook. The ingredient list for these cookies included espresso,
water, butter, confectioner's sugar, vanilla, flour, and chocolate. It
got all mixed together, plopped into a Ziploc bag, rolled to make a flat
rectangle 9x10.5, parked in the frig for a bit, and cut into squares
before baking. Easy, fairly fast, and apparently a repeat by request.
