Whisk Wednesdays: Profiteroles au Chocolat (Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice Cream and Hot Chocolate Sauce) (One Sentence Blogging Week)

The recipe scheduled to be prepared for this week's assignment for Whisk Wednesdays is from Class 27, Menu 4:  Profiteroles au Chocolat (Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice Cream and Hot Chocolate Sauce), and can be found on pages 304-305 of the Le Cordon Bleu at Home cookbook should you wish to make these yourself by creating the pastry, churning fresh homemade vanilla ice cream, and making your own chocolate sauce, all of which sounds much more difficult than it actually is as I found it all easy and manageable (okay, I need a little more practice at drizzling chocolate sauce but my main goal is just to get that stuff on there and get out, so don't hold your breath) for such a terrific dessert, excellent for company because you can prepare everything in advance and assemble the evening of the dinner, so buy the book, make the recipe, and if you would like to see how the other Whisk Wednesday members fared in this class, click here, and then on the Whisk Wednesdays connect to individual bloggers, and as always, Shari has the ingredients posted on her site at the click.
